A: The procedure is simple and efficient:
1. Engage with our attentive customer service team to refine essential details like freight arrangements, preferred product model, configurations, and quantities. (You're welcome to arrange your own freight forwarding if needed).

2. We will then issue a detailed proforma invoice that reflects your finalized choices, covering all product specifications and options.
3. Process your payment to our bank account. Once confirmed, we will promptly prepare and commence production. The production cycle is generally around 10 days, though it may vary based on your order's scale.
4. After production completion, proceed with the remaining payment, and we will coordinate the logistics with the forwarder or provide you with the necessary information to arrange transportation.
We can also manage transportation logistics ourselves, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
