A: Embark on a seamless ordering journey with the following steps:
1. Connect with our dedicated customer service team to arrange crucial details such as freight options, product model, configuration, and order quantity. Feel free to manage your own freight forwarding if preferred.
You can also arrange freight forwarding by yourself.
2. Based on mutual agreements, we will issue a comprehensive proforma invoice covering all product specifics.
3. Proceed with the payment to our designated bank account. Upon receipt, we'll initiate production, typically requiring about 10 days, though timelines can be adjusted according to order volume.
4. Once production is finalized, settle any outstanding payments, and we will coordinate the forwarder delivery for you. Alternatively, we can provide you with precise information to manage the forwarder transport independently.
You can also choose to manage transportation by ourselves.
